Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
We are happy to receive abstract submissions any time from now.
Abstract (200-300 words) final submission date – 25th Jan 2016
Accepted abstracts will receive notification by 9th Feb 2016
Required format is MS Word, Times New Roman 12pt, single spacing, with indicative bibliography; all to fit on one side of A4
Abstracts to be submitted electronically to ahardman@cardiffmet.ac.uk with <your name – ABSTRACT – title> as the filename.
Papers must be prepared in English. The Programme Committee are very keen to encourage contributors to submit early versions of abstracts or papers for comment and for advice on language issues.
Conference Registration and Fees
Conference fees are
Early Bird (Non-residential) until February 12th, 2016
  Members rate    £150.00
  Non-Members rate    £185.00
  Student rate    £80.00
Standard Fees (Non-residential) from February 13th, 2016
Members rate    £180.00
Non-Members rate    £215.00
Student rate    £110.00
These include conference fees and refreshments as follows

Monday
    Tea, coffee, biscuit – on arrival 11.00-11.45
    Lunch – sandwich lunch
    Tea, coffee, biscuit – mid afternoon
Tuesday
    Tea, coffee, biscuit – mid morning
    Lunch – sandwich lunch (incl BPSA Executive Meeting)
    Tea, coffee, biscuit – mid afternoon
Wednesday
    Tea, coffee, biscuit – mid morning
An evening conference members’ meal will be arranged if numbers are sufficient, at a an additional cost of around £20 [excluding drinks].

Publication
Final papers may be considered for publication in a range of journals associated in various ways with BPSA and its members, in accordance with normal submission guidelines, e.g: Sport, Ethics and Philosophy; Acta Universitatis Carolinae – Kinanthropologica; etc.
